Kolak Kolang Kaling

Bahan:
1 liter santan encer dari perasan kedua
2 buah ubi merah, kupas, potong-potong
6 buah pisang kepok, kupas, potong-potong

250 gram gula merah + 100 ml air, masak, saring
3 lembar daun pandan
500 gram manisan kolang kaling
1/2 sendok teh garam
250 ml santan kental perasan pertama dari 1 butir kelapa parut

Cara membuat:

1. Masak santan encer, ubi sampai empuk.
2. Masukkan pisang, air gula merah, pandan, manisan kolang kaling, garam. Didihkan.
3. Masukkan santan kental. Didihkan. Angkat. Sajikan.
