Bihun Goreng Lengkap Gizi

Bahan:
5 sendok makan minyak
4 siung bawang putih cincang
100 gram daging ayam rebus, potong dadu
50 gram udang kupas
2 buah wortel, potong korek api

50 gram brokoli, potong kuntum
100 gram kacang polong
50 gram jagung pipil
200 gram bihun, siram air pana
2 butir telur, goreng orak arik
Garam, merica, gula secukupnya
1 sendok makan kecap asin
2 sendok makan kecap manis
2 sendok makan daun bawang seledri irisan

Pelengkap:
Saus tomat/sambal botol

Cara membuat:

1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang sampai harum.
2. Masukkan ayam, udang, wortel, brokoli, kacang polong, jagung pipil, bihun, telur, garam, merica, gula, kecap. Aduk rata.
3. Masukkan daun bawang seledri. Aduk sebentar. Angkat.
